      • How can I find a product quickly?
      If you’re looking for a particular product, simply type its name into our search engine. If you’d rather see a range of products, then click on the tab of your choice. You’ll then be able to refine your search by filtering by brand, price, range, or even by certain technical features.

      • What details can I find on the product’s specification sheet?
      Each specification sheet features the name of the seller, the current price, stock availability and a description of the product’s main functions and uses. For some items, you might also be offered:
      – one or more promotional packs;
      – a selection of compatible accessories;
      – a selection of similar products.

      • I can’t find the product I want to buy on your website. What should I do?
      If you can’t find a product you’re looking by using our search engine, check you have entered the right product name with the correct spelling.

      • I can’t decide between several similar products. What should I do?
      There are several useful tools on our website to help you pick a product:
      – Customer reviews
      – Buyers’ guides
      – DigiExperts

      • What should I do if I require more information about a product?
      All of our products have a technical information sheet containing data received directly from our suppliers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, try going to the manufacturer’s website or contacting their customer service centre.If you want to find out more about a product sold by one of our partners, you should contact the seller directly. Contact details can be found on each seller’s information page.

      The Order Process

      Add the products you’ve selected to the shopping basket, and follow the 5 simple steps to finalise your order. You may place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

      • How do I place an order?
      Add the products you’ve selected to the shopping basket, and follow the 5 simple steps to finalise your order. You may place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

      Step 1: Log in
      When you place your first order, you’ll be asked to create a user profile by entering your e-mail address and filling in a short registration form. Please check that you enter your e-mail address correctly as we will send you important information and notifications about your order by e-mail.If you have already placed an order on DigiDaft.com, simply log in using your e-mail address and the password you chose when creating your profile. Next, click on “Continue” to proceed with your order.

      Step 2: Delivery
      Select the delivery method of your choice from the options available.
      Please note that the delivery times displayed are calculated from the moment the carrier receives your parcel.

      Step 3: Summary
      Check your order carefully on the order summary page, including the product(s), optional service(s), delivery method and cost. At this stage, you can still modify product quantities, the delivery method, and the billing and/or delivery address. You can also enter a promotional code or remove an optional service.

      Step 4: Payment
      Depending on the delivery mode selected, you will be offered several payment methods to choose from.

      Step 5: Confirmation
      When you reach step five, your order has been successfully placed and you can now print out your order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order reference number.

      • I can’t confirm my basket, what should I do?
      Our online ordering process requires your computer to accept “session cookies”. Session cookies allow you to save products in your basket and to proceed through all the steps required to place an order. If session cookies have been disabled, you should change the settings of your web browser to accept them and then try ordering again. You can also place an order by telephone.

      Price & Availability

      DigiDaft strives to offer customers the lowest possible prices on all of the products available on the website. Please note that when you submit your order by selecting the payment method, a sale has been made and you have agreed to buy the products at the stated price(s).

      • What happens if a price goes down on the website?
      In compliance with current commercial law, if the price of a product you have purchased goes down after you have bought it, you may not be refunded the difference in price under any circumstances. Similarly, if the price of a product goes up, we cannot ask you to pay an additional sum.

      • How does stock availability affect my order?
      If a product is in stock, it will be dispatched to you within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. However, if a product is not in stock, you’ll be given an estimated dispatch date when you place your order. This date is provisional, meaning it can sometimes be pushed back by our suppliers. We are committed to doing all we can to dispatch customer orders as quickly as possible.

      • What happens if a product I order is no longer in stock?
      You will receive an e-mail informing you if a product you have ordered is unavailable. If you do not want to wait for the product to come back in stock, you can cancel your order or obtain a refund at any time.

      • When are ordered goods reserved?
      Each product ordered is reserved as soon as your order is confirmed.

      • How do I apply a discount code?
      Discount codes can be found in the press and on partner sites. They are subject to certain conditions:
      – Discount codes apply only to the price of products (except when specified). They do not entitle you to a discount on delivery fees, and may not be used in conjunction with Digi discounts.
      – Discount codes may be used once by one person only. They are non-refundable and may not be used cumulatively. If you cancel an order that was placed using a discount code, the discount code becomes void and may not be used for a new order.
      – If you place an order over the phone, you must quote the discount code. If you place an order on the site, you must enter the discount code during the order process. If you forget to do so, we cannot cancel your order or renew it to apply the discount.
      – Discount codes are only valid for the periods quoted in the press and on our partner sites.

      When you order online, you’ll be offered a range of different payment methods to choose from.

      • How can I pay with a credit or debit card?
      Payment by debit or credit card is carried out on a fully secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted page held by our partner bank. This protocol ensures the full confidentiality of any information you enter. Online card transactions that are secured via SSL technology are therefore safe and not exposed to theft or piracy. All payment information is encrypted from the moment it is entered on your computer, to the moment it is received by the bank’s server. DigiDaft does not retain any of your card details, which is why you’ll be asked to enter them each time you buy something on our website.

      • What should I do if my bank card is refused?
      Check your card’s expiry date to make sure it’s still valid for use. If your transaction has been refused, your bank may limit the amount you can spend on your card in a single transaction. You should contact your bank to find out more about your limit or to enquire about any other potential problems.

      • Can I pay using a different method?
      Other payment methods available vary in relation to several factors, such as the total amount payable and the selected delivery method. When it’s time to pay, you’ll be asked to enter your order number (starting with CCL). You can find this number on the order tracking page of your DigiDaft customer account or in the order confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order.

      • What happens when my payment is received?
      Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed by our teams. Once your order has been processed, it will be picked, packed and dispatched, provided that the products are in stock.

      • How long does delivery take?
      Delivery times given are based on the usual time required for delivery from the moment your parcel is dispatched. These will vary in relation to the carrier and type of delivery selected.

      • How much will I have to pay for delivery? 
      Delivery charges are based on the type and number of products you order. Minimum delivery charges are specified on product specification sheets. Customers can also view delivery charges at the delivery stage of the ordering process.
